Decent selection. Ok prices. Hit or miss customer service.
Id gone in here to pick up some flower. Budtender asks what im looking for . I said to her "OG Shark". (Id been here two days prior and asked for the same thing, from the same budtender) She starts talking about shatter.. starts naming LPs and describing the package.. Literally took me 2 minutes to explain to her what i want.
Then she tells me that I said " OG Shar" even though I know what I said.. (even still OG Shar should be close enough to a budtender who is actually listening to understand) .
Next time, perhaps listen to the customer and if you misheard them, or for whatever reason there was a miscommunication - apologize! Keep it light, easy. The other shops I go are much better in terms of consistent service.
Tabatha recommended me something new as I get the same thing every time ! Really appreciated her and her vibe! Also make tipping an option on the debit machine !:)))
They have a price BEAT option! Forget the price match, they'll beat another stores price if you can show them the price :)
Arya and Donovan are new but they helped me find exactly what I needed and even called their manager to confirm the price beat option!
10/10 would recommend
They were out of my regular CBD pre rolls but explained to me that they hadn't been available to order - and because they knew I come every week they brought in a very similar product for me and took my phone number for when my regular stuff comes back into stock on the government website!
If you want above and beyond service head to Prime Cannabis in Kelowna - they are so friendly and will make sure you leave happy!
Came in this week and was helped by Brooke. She was so nice and helpful. Literally the best service I've had in a long time. Hard to find hard working people like her nowadays. Got me exactly what I wanted when I didn't even know what I was coming in for! Will be coming back!
