TL;DR - long wait times, often understaffed. Sale items rarely ever in stock, website is their menu, and no update in over two weeks.
Massive corporate ownership. Store always too hot.
Staff are as helpful as they can be and kind, but Red White & Bloom and the Serruya Family portfolios have gotten too big for them to properly run stores. It took 2 months for them to turn off the heat in the building this summer.
This location is constantly understaffed with long wait times even if orders are ready.
Anything on sale is likely not in stock and ownership does not update their quantities which is concerning for a controlled substances company- how can a barcoded inventory always be inaccurate?
Called this store on 2 separate occasions to ask for their head office number or contact info. No one knows anything at this store. Absolutely bad business practice when I can't get a hold of anyone who can make a decision. Would never recommend any locations of thos business. They just don't care about the customers at all. 8 days with no reply on several emails to head office either. What a shame
This place was disgustingly hot before and during the heat waves, and their poor employees had to work through those awful conditions. I was surprised they didn't all collapse from heat exhaustion. I will not be supporting a place that can't secure safe working conditions for their staff.
I love Mel she was so sweet and so helpful a gem!!
This experience of someone listening to your needs and giving you the right product is outstanding. I didn't get this gentleman's name yesterday but thank you ! Your recommendation hit the spot and beyond , I was wondering how to thank you ! Thank you Bubtender . See this man ! Support this location ⭐️
