Super fast, super reliable. Amazing selection, lovely customer service and personal touches on orders. OBSESSED. My new fave shop.
I am regular customer at 1922. I understand marjijuana stores are more for recrational use. I am a cancer patient. I just battled 4 stage cancer. So the potency level has to be high for me . I have pains in my body that are really hard to handle. If a customer states he/she wants something higher and he or she thinks it now good for them. The bud tender should not take it to the heart. Bud tender should relaizee the perosn standing in front of me has cancer .
Had a good chat with co-owner Mike this afternoon. Was very impressed by his business model. He equally values/respects both customer loyalty and the primarily bike based team that provides their prompt delivery service.
I cannot recommend 1922 highly enough. Being from the States, I ran into some major hurdles trying to navigate the local Interac/payment systems, but Mike and Brooke were absolute legends.
Instead of just telling me 'sorry, we can't help,' they actually jumped on the phone and worked with me personally to ensure my order went through and was delivered. It's rare to find a business—especially in this industry—that provides that level of genuine, human-to-human support.
Even though I did everything online and over the phone, their passion for what they do and their commitment to their customers was crystal clear. If you want to support an independent shop that actually cares about people (and has a killer selection), this is the place. Thanks again, 1922! See you in a few months!
Very friendly owners + they always deliver in good time, good substitutions if needed and overall really enjoyable experience each time 10/10!! Also cute store:)
