Absolutely ridiculous experience. I went in to buy gummies while my friends were sitting in the car, and they asked to see IDs from everyone in the car. Seriously?
This happened before too—I was buying a joint for my dad while he was on the phone, and they demanded to see his ID. When I questioned it, they refused to serve me.
Worst customer experience. Definitely won't be visiting this store again. Come on, guys!
Lux Leaf Heritage is my go to place to pick up my favourite goods. There is a huge selection, convenient, and the staff is fantastic! Haven't met one person working there who isn't super friendly and helpful. My sister and I went in to look for a few options to meet our needs, and Amanda had an incredible scope of knowledge with the products, strains, cost effective etc. Recommend and will always be my go to spot!
This location is great! It's always clean, well-stocked and the staff are lovely. Amanda always takes care of me as soon as I walk in. I let her know what I'm looking for and she always has knowledgeable suggestions.
Amelia was an awesome help! I'm new to using the vapes and stuff and wanted something that hit hard but also tasted nice as I wasn't looking to stink anything up and she showed me the liquid diamonds and those are exactly it! Will be coming back for more!
