Johon was super duper helpful and patient tonight, I was unsure what I was looking for and I took forever to decide even near the end of the night. He helped direct me to the correct size of bong I was wanting for a good price, while also answering my questions with fantastic customer service!!!
First time coming to this location and the staff is not only helpful, but friendly as well. I didn't catch the curly haired fellow's name who helped me, but he had great energy and shared some useful advice for my trip! It was a pleasure
I used to always visit this location and really loved the staff. Since the staff have changed, every single time I come by they are outside smoking. So you have to wait for someone to come in to help you and they are doing so smelling so strong. One day I actually left without buying anything because I wasn't about the overpowering cigarettes and he even laughed and said sorry for the smell so they know. Now I just choose a different location. Tried to give it another shot and had the same experience again. It's just really noticeable from how it used to be.
I had a great experience at Canna Cabana. We visited early in the morning, and the staff member who helped us was absolutely awesome. He really knew his products and took the time to explain the differences between the options, including which products offered a stronger or milder experience. He was also knowledgeable about products from other brands and stores, which showed he genuinely wanted to help us make the best choice instead of just making a sale.
He made sure we got the best value for our money, answered all of our questions, and provided friendly, professional service from start to finish.
Because of this experience, I'll definitely be coming back as a Cabana Club member. I highly recommend checking out this store if you're looking for knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and some of the best deals around. I'll also be recommending Canna Cabana to my friends and family.
