I definitely don't recommend this location. Just terribly rude and unprofessional customer service. Watched a gentleman ask for a product and the girl informs him that it's for elite members only.. doesn't tell him that he can pay for that membership or anything.. like who turns away business? Go across the street to Gramsterdam for better customer service, and better variety of products that aren't put behind a pay wall. Literally all the same stuff they keep for their elite members can be found elsewhere without having to pay 35$ a year. Lame. Will never return after witnessing that.
Edit to respond: SO THEN OFFER THEM TO PURCHASE AN ELITE MEMBERSHIP..... What a miss.

Whoever is in charge of hiring at this location is doing everything right. Gene, Bonny and Tamara are beyond helpful, kind, and just great people to talk to. Love those gals!

The Castleridge location is the best in the City! Bonny and the staff are exceptional! Bonny went above and beyond to restore our faith in Canna Cabana after a failed online order experience (from District). Thanks for providing excellent customer service and for being an amazing lady!
