Called today about a defective cart I purchased yesterday. I explained the cart tasted bad and I'll even say here I said it tasted like ass cause it does. I've bought 3 carts in a row from this store and they have all tasted horrible. I disregarded the 2 prior carts as I thought my battery might have been going bad so I purchased a new battery with the new cart yesterday and still did not taste any different. The budtender gave poor customer support brushing me off saying we don't do returns for preference... Well maybe my new preference might be going to a different store from now on and giving them my money. I also just wanted to point out maybe storing your carts on their sides isn't the best idea... Cause what happens when you store carts on their sides that manufacturers don't fill all the way full. It seeps to one side drying out a part of the coil so when you the consumer purchase the cart and take your first hit you instantly burn out the coil.... But yeah sounds like preference tho right? Don't recommend this store to the younger generation if your looking for quality weed.
The same employee will ID you every time you go there. I've shown my ID to the same staff member at least a dozen times. One time I went and forgot my ID. I mentioned how I'm clearly in my 30s and that she's already ID'd me so many times. She told me "it's for the cameras" and shut the door in my face. Haven't went back and never will
The manager was so helpful & very knowledgeable about all of the products. Their site is also very user-friendly & filters are specific, so you'll definitely find what you're looking for.
Got denied at the door by someone almost half my age...pretty insulting..other then that when you are allowed in they are usually pretty friendly with good prices
