Just lost my go to place. I have been buying the same strain all year. Got my oz. this past week and there is something terribly off with it. As the retail supplier, you would think they can right this for their customer. They will do absolutely nothing. Time to find a new shop!
Nice dispensary. Staff are friendly and quite knowledgeable. These is always something to pique my interest

As a frequent customer, I can confidently say that Grassroots Dispensary consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Not once have I had anything less than an amazing experience—every visit is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
As someone who really values specific strains and unique flavours, I truly appreciate the dedication this team puts in. A huge shoutout to David for always going above and beyond to make sure I can get exactly what I'm looking for—even if it's not currently in store. That level of commitment does not go unnoticed.
Also, big thanks to Kevin and Madison for always going the extra mile to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Their friendly attitudes and willingness to help really set the standard.
Grassroots Dispensary absolutely deserves recognition for their dedication, consistency, and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!
