To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting this complaint regarding the conduct and professionalism of one of your managers.
My concern is not simply with the product itself, but with the complete lack of effective communication and customer service. Throughout my interactions, the manager demonstrated an unnecessarily dismissive attitude and appeared unwilling to consider or even acknowledge reasonable customer concerns regarding a defective or unsatisfactory dab pen.
A manager's role is not merely to enforce policy but to exercise sound judgment, communicate respectfully, and work toward practical resolutions. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. Rather than engaging in constructive dialogue, my concerns were met with indifference and an unwillingness to listen, creating the impression that customer satisfaction was considered an inconvenience rather than a priority.
Strong leadership is measured by the ability to communicate effectively under criticism. Responding with arrogance, dismissiveness, or a refusal to entertain legitimate concerns demonstrates a deficiency in professional management, not in the customer's expectations.
I hope this feedback is viewed as an opportunity to improve training and accountability. A business can recover from a defective product; it is far more difficult to recover from management that leaves customers feeling ignored and disrespected.

Probably one of my favourite shops in town by far, the staff is always super knowledgeable and not trying to sell you anything you don't want. Massive shout out to Ben and Megan for helping me find a new brand of doobies after a desperate search for a replacement for one of my fav brands that went down hill :(. Highly recommended, 10/10 would buy pot from them again!
