I moved to BC about a year ago and had never been to a dispensary before. Back home I had a 'guy'. So I was admittedly a tiny bit trepidatious going to a store for the first time. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly lady who kinda showed me the place and I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Turns out, she was the owner and she treated me to a shirt. It is officially my favorite right now. Even my old man, who is rather straight laced, thought it was funny and suited me perfectly. So, not only did I get some good buds, but turned out to be a few cents cheaper as I investigated some of the competition. I've been coming back to UEM exclusively now and have even made friends with a few of the staff. Christian is an awesome guy! Helped me find some quality vapes as I'm getting into those now too. Everyone I've been served by has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoy coming to UEM and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Good deals, good people and good vibes. Who could ask for more?
I came by today on july 17th.
The person who helped us whose name was Carson was so helpful gave us a couple different options and very knowledgable about the product all while having a smile and good customer service skills.
I hope the management reads this and values Carson as people like that will make customers come back just for the experience!!
