Steven is always so happy to see his customers, always greeted with the biggest smile and wave, knows us by name and what we like, also very knowledgeable on strains and pricing. Without a doubt the most welcoming, priced right, have it all dispensary in Muskoka! Worth checking out
Came by the store on my way to the cottage last week.. Steve at Kasa Kana directed me to the best flower I have smoked on the legal market and was a joy to chat with. Highly recommend checking out the store if you're in Muskoka!
I normally go to the Gravenhurst location but ended up in Bala the other day.
These guys continue to provide great customer service and product recommendations.
Thanks guys, much appreciated
They are always respectful and polite and all you gotta do is cal to try to find way your looking for 👍
Very clean and open store. The owners and their staff are very knowledgeable. A variety of great products at very competitive prices. A hidden gem in the small ton of Bala.
