okay, so listen up. I'm not from Kitchener but let me TELL YOU … call me the proclaimers cause I'd walk 500 miles to come get my ganja. You walk in and it's just a beautiful master piece of options (trust me just go see for yourself). And don't get me started on the customer service .. Jade? She needs a raise, a trophy, a medal, maybe a promotion too. Excellent conversationalist and made the whole experience less of just a transaction and more of a quick hang out. Please for the love of weed gander over to this location. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk
Hello I have been coming to discounted cannabis since the first day they have opened
Always had great experience with the bud tenders . Jess is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Or if i don't know what kinda stuff I'm looking for she always gives good choices. Jess is such a sweetheart never had any bad experience with her . Shes amazing always a peach .
Thanks
I would give it a 5 star but the girl with glasses kills the whole vibe it had before she started working. She is rude and acts like she is better and does not give you the attention the other workers give you. This was a wonderful store before she started to work now it feels unorganized and again that good vibe is gone.
Jade and Jeremy are two phenomenal staff members that deserve such praise! While both very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, I always leave laughing, feeling like I was just with family. Their customer service skills are above and beyond!
Went to discount Cannabis this morning and I will for sure be going back! They truly understand the cannabis market, easy to understand, great prices, nothing fancy, just value value value. Jess was great she sourced me the exact product I needed when I explained what I was looking for.
