When coming to the store earlier in the week I was approached by someone who appeared to be named Devon they had asked me for an id which I had no problem with. When handing over a valid id (temp drivers licence) I provided Devon with the paper work that makes the licence valid- I was approached very rudely stating I needed to leave the store or he will get a 1000 fine for selling to me. When trying to explain this is a valid license he never took the time to even look at the paper just told me to leave the store. This was not a good experience and left me having to go to a different dispensary that sold to me with no problem with the same ID.i am a regular customer at this location and was not happy about the service. I believe the staff should be educated on different ID before turning customers away.

Felt horrible, forgot my ID. And I was treated like I was a criminal. Buddy just pointed at the door and said nothing. Not going back there again. It was a honest mistake on my part.
I visited the Arthur street location today nov 23 and the employee working was lovely. We vibed right away, scored me great quality, quantity and saving. And you were right, jet is better! Much obliged xo
