⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give 100 stars, I would.
I've been to countless cannabis stores over the years, and I can honestly say that Mario provided the single best customer service experience I've ever had—not just at a dispensary, but anywhere.
From the second I walked through the door, Mario made me feel like a valued customer. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for helping people are on another level. His product knowledge is absolutely incredible. No matter what question I had, he had a thoughtful, detailed answer and recommendations that were spot on. It never felt like he was trying to sell me something—he genuinely wanted to make sure I left with the perfect products for what I was looking for.
What really sets Mario apart is his personality. He's approachable, patient, funny, and makes the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and that energy is contagious. By the time I left, I wasn't just impressed—I was blown away.
Businesses spend millions trying to create memorable customer experiences, but all they really need is more people like Mario. He's the kind of employee who builds lifelong customers through nothing more than exceptional service, honesty, and authenticity.
Because of Mario, this is now my go-to dispensary. I'll happily drive past other stores just to come here, and I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Management should know they have an absolute superstar on their team. Employees like ..
