I had a great experience today .. hats off to the guy that helped me today .. I was looking for a very specific cartridge that wasn't in stock .. the guys made an excellent recommendation and I don't usually like to try new things .. but for once I wasn't disappointed!! He nailed it on the recommendation and here's to the real men of genius.. thank you

I had such a great experience at Value Buds in the plaza! The young lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they're looking for. Her positive energy made my whole visit better. I'll definitely be back because of her!
I have to say, I've been to a few locations, and this by far is my fave. There's a lady who works there, I believe Bradey? She has been awesome every time I've come in...shes the first face I look for to answer my questions!! Knowledgeable and friendly...we've had some good chats lol.
My sister, a disabled young woman, was given very rude and inattentive service on February 4, 2026. She asked the young female attendant a couple of questions and was met with dismissive annoyance and blatant rudeness, from her entry till checkout. I am NOT impressed with how my sis was treated.
