came back in today and was extremely relieved to see my favourite cashier Joel who understood the situation and completely made it up to me and told me the situation would be handled. I can return to confidently recommending this dispensary. Shop local!
I come here pretty often and usually get the
same very friendly and helpful cashier who makes the experience very memorable, but my most recent visit I had someone I hadn't seen before, and she was very rude, dismissive, and hostile towards me. There are cheaper alternatives in the area that are just as close that I could go to, but I kept coming here because the customer service was so memorable, but this visit was very very disappointing
I had been going pretty regularly and the staff is fine, not necessarily friendly but not rude so it was fine. However I went in recently and the usual girl wasn't there and there was a different guy, this guys was rude and quite frankly a bit hostile towards me and my friend. It was such a jarring experience as I have been frequenting dispensaries for years and have never even had a bad experience, especially when we approached with kindness. I don't think I'll ever go back when there are so many other dispensaries around that have nicer staff.
