I cannot say enough good things about the amazing team at Pop's Cannabis! Victoria and Kaylee bring an absolute wealth of knowledge from their previous experience, making them incredibly helpful whether you're looking for specific recommendations or just want to learn more about their products. On top of that, Loren and Shyann consistently provide exceptional, friendly, and top-tier customer service that makes every visit an absolute pleasure. Huge kudos to all four of them for creating such a welcoming and expert environment. Highly recommend stopping by!
Thank you to all! —Sam G.
The staff - Kaylee is awfully rude. She wouldn't let us even see the product we were hoping to buy. How does she expect me to make a buying decision without even looking at the packaging?
Rude rude rude. She needs to be fired.
The service from the girl who helped me today, Tuesday, at 8 pm was terrible. They didn't want to offer or properly show the products. I came for a pre-roll and half an ounce, but I only got the pre-roll. First and last time I'll be here.
Great item selection, but it is just annoying when the employee leaves the store and though there is a sign on the door saying they will be back by a certain time it was well over 15 minutes past the stated time on the sign :/
Victoria is absolutely phenomenal. She provides such an exceptional customer experience that goes beyond. She is very knowledgeable; personable and friendly; furthermore, always willing to help in any way she can. Victoria is an asset to the company. Thank you so much.
