I came across the pond on the ferry from Lake Huron, drove through Espanola, and after hours without weed, Highlife was the first dispensary I saw. Erik was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, especially when he explained the difference between resin and liquid diamonds. He completely changed my cart game. Great
customer service and even better product knowledge.
What a terrible store...first time my boyfriend ordered online, without paying, so I went to grab it and they refused to give it to me, cause they said it was for another person that could be underage. I explained that my boyfriend ordered it online, they seen his name, and that I am coming to pick it up and pay for it, I was still told that he could be underage and they refused to give me the product.
Sooo, today I tried that store again, I opened up my phone cause I had a picture of what product I wanted, pre-rolls, the young girl told me I was buying for someone else and she would not service me. I tried to explain that it I was sent the pic of the ones I like, but she told me I can't say stuff like that in the store so she refused me service. I'm not sure what I had said, but I will never ever go there again, and I will tell all my friends and family to NOT go to that store in Espanola!!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, ask a couple question and get accused of buying for someone else! Save yourself the ignorance and go to happy life they are amazing!
Great store with great employees. Amazing selection of my favourite 1SPLIFF products.
If you sell HIGHLIFE gift cards why can't you use them at the store in Espanola just doesn't make sense. If you sell them you should be able to use it. ðŸ˜
