The website never works. I prefer to pre-order and pick up while I'm out doing errands and after seeing the reviews. I will not be using this place again. Shame cause its so close
The budtenders here are horrible sorry I should call them employees I've never gone to a place before where the employees recommendations were so horrible. The chick didn't even have a clue as to what she was even talking about . I mean there's more dispensaries then there are Tim's , so this place I definitely won't be going back too and I'm sure I won't be missing out on anything

I was disappointed with my experience at this shop. Almost every time I visit, many items are out of stock, making it difficult to find what I need. It seems they struggle to maintain proper inventory levels. I hope they improve their stock management because the current situation is frustrating for customers
The customer service is really bad, everyone that works there especially the guys with the long ginger hair he is really rude and does not give a shit about his customers.
