If I could give this, place a zero stars That wouldn't even justify what I Experience just went through today.The most traumatic experience of life. I've never experienced racism in Oshawa a day in my life until today. Went inside the store with two forms of ID with my boyfriend and was basically verbally attacked by the store clerk and denied service because one of the IDs was expired. The second formal ID was perfectly fine I use it to get liquor at LCBO.
A Caucasian male was behind me And as I was leaving I made sure to stay for the entire interaction to see if he would make the sale without even asking or confirming his age or even asking for ID and which he did not ask or confirm.
And I a black woman Used two forms of ID and he had me go all the way home just to get my passport. When we returned, he still didn't
Even wanna sell to us, at that point I should've just hit record because I couldn't believe how hostile he became. we were both very calm during the whole interaction. This was not our first time coming to this location for cannabis, but this will definitely be our last. Do not go to the store
Worst experience I've had in a disp, buddy with the beard and glasses was very disrespectful when I realized I didn't have my wallet on me. " UNACCEPTABLE GET OUT " was his response. I have an account there & have been going there since they've opened. Completely unacceptable to speak to people like that. Understandable if I was giving him a hard time which I did not. Never coming back here terrible vibes just because I forgot my wallet. Would like to point out, not upset that I wasn't served. I felt like the aggression in his tone was unnecessary did nothing to disrespect him
The people who work here are tweaked out. Very weird interactions on multiple occasions. Some are quick to aggression, some are know it alls just promoting blatantly false information and the owner is an interesting fella to say the least. If you ask any question that they have gotten before but you don't know because you haven't developed telepathy yet, get ready for some ultimate passive aggressiveness
Or we have the woman who is allergic to smiles. The human embodiment of an onion. Hey lady: if you aren't happy working a job, then leave. I don't mean smile in that weird way. I mean you have a frown and you are serving for a business. I don't want to feel like I am intruding on your mood to get a little pick me up.
No. I am not coming into the store again. I was there once when a customer confronted you and you threatened to phone the cops on them. Like why would I risk my day getting upset because of your behavior of being prone to jump the gun?

Not surprised you continue to engage in threatening behaviour when something happens that that you don't like. When you run the same store, you deserve to have the equal review. It's not spam. It's getting the word out about your atrocious behavior
New update: went in again as they were close and wanted a blunt suggestion. After I finish up looking on their iPad. I didn't know what blunt is the best. Gave a price range of up to $23. Just to get another iPad put in my face so I can choose my own. Why are you guys ..
