Overpriced product that barely touches you. More importantly, I am offended at the sheer lack of concern the owner expressed when his shop dog jumped up on me. Especially in the winter, when the dog almost ripped my jacket and got it all muddy. When I expressed my concern (this is a frequent occurrence every-time the dog is on premises) the owner smugly told me there is a shop dog present and not to wear a jacket? I won't be going back here as the owner takes zero accountability for his out of control dog that jumps on me each time I go in. Enough is enough, he should be considerate that not all customers enjoy getting their clothes scraped up by dirty dog paws. Or at least train the dog. The owner needs a serious personality adjustment.

It is so great when a busines goes the extra mile when a customer has an issue and although they may not be able to offer refunds they go the extra mile and offer possible solutions.
It is so easy to sau "would you like to purchase another" and instead offer an aknowledgement and the benifit of accumulated expertise to offer potential remedies to the issue at hand.
Unfortunately, many busineses fail to offer the kind of gennuine engagement and empathy that brings customers back again and again, when all it takes is an extra mile to demonstrate appreciation for choosing to become a customer in the first place.
Very occasional and inexperienced consumer here. First time visiting Longbottom in the middle of a long drive and to pick something up for the weekend. Absolutely fantastic service. I didn't really know what I was looking for but the owner listened, patiently took me through a bunch of products and answered all of my questions. Another employee must have seen me park and actually opened the door for me when I arrived... Wow. Would give a 6th star if I could. Definitely recommend and will return!
