I went in with hopes of buying a product I saw online on their website, and upon arrival was told that the website and stores are different and the store has nothing to do with the oline website. All the prices were different and product selection was limited. Do not go into the store expecting prices you see online on their website, very inconsistent experience.
Great selection and knowledgeable, friendly staff
Their website shows a ton of selection, but it's not accurate of their current stock. I've driven out of my way multiple times to go to this store before for a specific item off their website just to be told its not in stock..
I've found the other cannabis stores in town do keep accurate numbers online, so hopefully this location updates their website. Nobody I know uses this location because of this inconsistency 🤷♀️
Selection is decent but some other stores carry a wider range of products. Staff not as knowledgeable as most other places, if you need help making a decision I recommend searching online as its more reliable. Prices however are very good and in some cases the best around but their lack of variety and mediocre customer service make it easy for me to shop elsewhere.
They always go the extra mile when helping me. Even if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, they do their best to find an alternative solution that suits my needs. They're delightful people who genuinely care, and I've always had a good experience whenever I've gone. ❤️
