OMG!!! I have been going to this shop for about 6 months now.
First of all - Jesse helps me with all my questions when I want to switch things up with products.
Deja has also been a fantastic help with any of my questions and to be honest the rest of the staff are quite good!
I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great products , price and great service! Keep it up Lucid!!!
Went to this store was looking forward to it being my go to store as I just moved in neighborhood however I walked out and will not ever use this store again. Problem being they post prices in store in display cabinet and then when you go to buy it's it's higher price..I told the girl the price is right there and she said it's a sales price..sorry not on sale anymore...
Ok so if it's not on sale then remove the sale signage..your a small store thats not busy I dont think thats alot to ask... I then told her she needs to honor sale price as it's not a computer glitch. Then she insults me by saying sorry I will give you 10cents off like really are you freaking kidding me...
HONOR YOUR STORE PRICES!!!!ITS THE LAW!! AND DONT INSULT CUSTOMERS...
Best service from great people, I have seen several people disrespect the staff due to minor mistakes or oversights. all the staff will do what they are allowed to try to correct and help make it a better experience. I've never been mistreated or left disappointed.
Great place in my neighborhood always really kind staff and helpful. They stock lots of options for anything you need.
Kob was super helpful when I walked in. Friendly demeanor and knowledgeable about the product. The building is nice, there are printed menus available. Prices are as expected - midline range. There is a good variety of products.
The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the legend on the edibles isn't clearly available - you have to recognize colour patterns with the words. It would be better if it was a colour legend like on a map that was in a box at the top or bottom of the page. Imagine stoned folks coming in here and trying to decipher the meaning of the colours. 😂 It might affect sales if they gave up.
