Freshest buds, friendliest employees, and seriously the best vibes at Lucky Leaf! 🥰
I use their delivery service and it's SO convenient. The website is smooth and easy to use (and THANK YOU for letting us sort from highest THC to lowest 😅). Delivery has always been reliable and on time, and I love the updates along the way letting you know when its packed, on the way etc.
And if you happen to get to chat with Sheldon for a few minutes when he delivers your order, its always a good time 😊 I usually have my little one with me when I order, and at this point I think she gets more excited to see him than anyone else. 😂 They've even started trading little treats and he went out of his way to get kid friendly ones for her. That kind of thoughtfulness goes way beyond ordinary customer service. Proof is in the photo she coloured for him and his fancy delivery car 😆
It's very clear that Sheldon genuinely cares about his store, his customers, and the experience he creates for them and that attitude seems to carry through the whole team.
And a thank you to all the budtenders who leave the cutest little notes on the receipt! 🥹 Those tiny personal touches are awesome
You guys are the best! 🥰
Love the staff here! Always a pleasure talking to Sheldon!
Highly recommend supporting your local independent retailers!
One of the best locally owned dispensaries I've been to. The prices are not much higher than most other places I've been to, in fact some products were priced pretty competitively to other places in town. The people working there obviously love the products as I'm always getting the best suggestions when I go. Slightly limited product selection, but they're a smaller store and it seems they try to cater to what people have been asking for. Overall you can't go wrong stopping in just to check out what they have. I find some hidden gems in this shop more often than not :)
Great experience at Lucky Leaf in Grande Prairie! The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection at fair prices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the service is always welcoming. 🌿
Special shoutout to Sheldon — he's a fantastic sales advisor, very personable, and really takes the time to help you find what you're looking for. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! 👍
