Although all of the staff are friendly there, one staff member stands out. Winslow (I hope I am spelling it correctly) is my favourite! He is always so friendly, welcoming and genuine. He makes me feel like I am important and part of the "family" there.
Just had a terrible experience. Been coming to this location regularly since it opened and they just stole money from me.
Went in for THC capsules specifically. Employee named Bri goes and gets them from the back. Comes back scans it and I pay the she hands them to me. Except they are CBD only, I point this out. She says thats all they have and she cant get me a refund. I am furious, I did nothing wrong and lost money over it!
WHAT BUSINESS DOES THAT TO A REGULAR CUSTOMER.
I won't be going back and I encourage no one else to go here. If they make a mistake you will be the one paying for it.
Ash and falon are the best employees at this shop , everytime I come they give me the amazing attitude I always expect, unlike for some other people in that shop
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Their prices do not match up when they ring them up. Posted price was 10 dollars on a product. When the employee rang it up on the register it came to $11. When I pointed out that this was incorrect from the sign she rudely told me we'll update that when we can we don't have to honor that price. At this point I left as it's a matter of principal yes it's only a dollar but don't have a Post price and then charge more than that.
Stafer not always like this when the place first opened they were very friendly and welcoming but I find recently the people they've had there does not feel that way. I'm a frequent customer to various dispensaries I live down the street but I will be taking a drive down the road to competitors now will not be stopping in here again.
Cashiers need to be educated on what they are selling… I'm not sure how it is possible that there is "no strain" associated with the Double Dutch Double Down pre rolls, but the woman working at night didn't seem bothered to care. I was looking for the double Dutch double down 2g pre rolls and asked the woman working what strain they had. She proceeded to tell me "there is no strain." Sorry what? I could see the tube so I asked her to bring it forward so I could show her that all flowers have strains.. Once I put my hand out to point it out to her that there is clearly a strain, she snatched the tube back and told me well theres no strain. How uneducated. Take the time to properly train your employees.
