Staff was very helpful in ensuring I got the right product.
They took time and explained exactly the best product
4 staff working. One person on till. The rest of the staff were in the back while 2 other customers had to sit and wait.
Poor staff management by the Manager who was working. I left and went to Canabis Link where the customer service is up to par.
This review stemmed from there not being enough staff on the floor and me peeking my head around the staff door. (Which was wide open and without any signage indicating not to enter.) Regardless of sign or no sign I didn't pass the threshold.
KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED AND PUT A STAFF ONLY SIGN ON THE DOOR. Problem Solved.
Daniel was super cool, amazing very efficient and the quality that he gave me was suburban. Tell him my third visit there but it feels like family they make you very comfortable and They all make sure that you have exactly what you want and what you need before you walk out that door.
