Great experience every time! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of products, the prices are reasonable, and everything is always well organized and clean. The service is quick and professional, and they're always happy to help you find what you're looking for. Definitely one of my favourite cannabis stores — highly recommend!
This place is slowly becoming a joke because of the budtenders. One of them always messes up what he grabs from the back and I'm forced to pay more once he brings it out because there is a long wait and I've also waited enough already.
Secondly I went to pay with cash today and wanted to get rid of change and asked if that's okay. Budtender said yes and when I brought out my change she said no because she has to count it. Isn't that part of your job?! Ridiculous. I paid majority in bills and only $5 in change, that I had to count myself as she said she does not want to. It took me 20 seconds to count it (check your cameras) and there was no one else in the dispensary so it's not like it was busy. I'm astounded when part of your job is cash handling AND counting money but she refused to. I could tell when the owner/manager is working because the service is top notch. Never met a cashier in my life that is too good to count money
