Emma gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had purchasing weed. I had limited knowledge and I felt very comfortable asking her questions and recommendations. So detailed in her explanations, amazing product knowledge, and infectious energy! 10/10

I'm a regular customer at this store .Emma and(staff are excellent in knowledge and service . But today I was treated poorly . I waited patiently for 15 minute as the customer service agent attended to customer before me. When it was my turn the agent had no time for me . I asked for price match she took all of 20 seconds to find me a discount of 0.71. I go there everyday , but I won't be going anytime she's working . She neededs to be trained up on customer satisfaction.
I had an amazing experience at One Plant! The shop is spacious, super clean, and has a great variety of products to choose from. Everything is well organized, which makes browsing really easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. The cashier was incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful. He had a lot of knowledge and took the time to explain different options without making me feel rushed. He even gave me recommendations for my next visit and explained how to better understand what products would fit my needs.
Overall, such a welcoming and professional experience. I'll definitely be coming back!
