I called the shop to ask if they specifically had an oral spray, the guy says yes.
I drive down and he shows me the options, I buy one go out to my car and it's a dropper/ bottle not a spray.
I go back in and ask if I can exchange it for the inhaler (which is $10-$15 more) and the guy says no, the seal is broken. Even though the actual product is sealed and unused.
He says "I told you it was a dropper."
But I called ahead to ask if they had oral sprays??
If you aren't going to allow exchanges (5 minutes after purchase) then the staff need to know what they're selling. Waste of time & money will go somewhere else in the future.
If i could give this zero stars i would! The man working behind the counter tonight is beyond unhelpful. you ask him a question, and he just points to an area and does not answer you or help. He has no idea how to help. No idea what the products are. Nothing. I asked if i could get something, he said he was out of it even though it was on the menu. Once i walked around , the item was RIGHT THERE! Instead of looking, he chose to just say you guys do not have the item. I watched him do this with multiple customers, and they all left without buying something. You should rethink who you have serving the locals and tourists. He is unfriendly , laughs at you , shakes his head and makes you feel unwelcome. He makes you feel like you are cutting into his time and bugging him. I was looking around because he would not help me , and then he proceeds to keep coming up asking if you are ready to order and rushes you. EVEN THOUGH HE WILL NOT HELP IF YOU ASK A QUESTION OR CANT BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW. I have never walked into a dispensary and had someone this uneducated/ unhelpful. Its okay to not know certain things, but he would not even try! Just shrugs his shoulders and points. As a business owner myself, this is the worst service. You want people to feel happy coming in to the store, not irritated because the person behind the counter clearly just stands there and gets paid to be unhelpful. As someone who has always supported all canna cabana's, I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM TH ..
This review isn't directed at the staff in the store. They were professional, polite, and simply following the rules. My issue is with the executive team that approved the ELITE pricing strategy.
Requiring customers to join a membership just to purchase certain products at the advertised price is a frustrating experience. If you don't have an ELITE membership, some products won't even scan through the system at the regular market price. Instead of giving customers a choice to pay a non-member price, the sale is simply denied.
That's not customer service, it's forcing customers into a membership to complete a purchase. It creates an awkward situation where employees have to explain a policy they had no part in creating and leaves customers walking away empty-handed.
Executive leadership should reconsider this approach. Loyalty programs should reward customers, not prevent them from buying a product altogether. Until that changes, I'll be spending my money with retailers that allow customers to purchase products without requiring a membership first.
Honestly, walked into the store. June 10th at 2:20pm and told to wait 30min or hurry up and choose. So, I chose in 30 seconds and the guy didn't even mention that if I applied for a membership I would get a discount. Paid $30 more because he rushed me and just gave extremely poor customer service
