Zach is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and genuinely cares about providing good customer service. I really appreciated his honesty and thoughtful approach.
I've been to this place about 10 times now and no complaints. MAC is pretty chill and a knowledgeable dude. He recommended me Portal - sloppy.. and can confirm it burned perfect đź‘Ś. Cheers.
Crappy Selection, Overpriced, uninformed staff…. You can find the same product with a better selection to choose from at a better price point and find better staff at any other pot shop….. this is one of those weed shops that are good for ppl who dont really smoke pot
I was in here this evening while a nightmare of a customer was being shitty to one of your staff. He was so professional and kind during the interaction. I figured I'd take a minute to review and mention how lovely your staff always are assuming this woman will be on here shortly to talk about poor customer service or whatever garbage she wants to spew. Thanks for always being so great!
Have been smoking for last 7 years in different parts of the world.. Never got this good of a experience buying canabis.. Jack helped me this morning to choose the right strain and gave me bunch of info on lot of new products.
