Johnny is always so nice, helpful, and welcoming every time I come in. He takes the time to answer questions and always has great recommendations that never disappoint. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they have a good experience!!
Ashley and Rylee are amazing! They both helped me pick out some great 510 cart options! The displays were full of really great selection of bongs, 510 batteries, pipes and papers and any accessories you can think of! Will be my go to place from now on!
edit to update review JUNE 21, 2026: thank you for taking feedback seriously. the environment of this store has shifted completely and you can feel the positive energy as you walk through the doors. excellent choice on management!
(old review) --- showed up before 7pm during very clear open hours to a locked door, open sign off and someone outside saying they've been waiting almost 20 minutes with no note on the door.
unsure whats going on with your management & staffing but its lacking and something needs to be done. this isn't a one off issue.
the male owner or manager is extremely irresponsible and should not be in charge of this location. hes demolishing your brand.
Super friendly. But when I got home I realized I was given a smaller pack of pre rolls than I paid for. 😖 3 .5s instead of 2 1s. My fault for not double checking I suppose, but that's where the overly friendly chattyness part didn't help as I was too distracted.
