Very dissatisfied with accessabilty from this location..Im post-op from double back to back knee replacements.. The budserver refused to get me a stool/chair to sit on in line..left me standing waiting..When he finally let me in.. there was another ahead of me ..zi had a small dog in car..so I told him I was going to bring dog in ..to hot in car.. he served someone else so when I came back it I had to stand longer..no stool..his accessability skills were non existent.. Ive dealt with cana cabana before..no issues at all this guy shouldn't be a budserver if he's not understanding of senior issues. He needs retraining..or a different mgr at this location..not in charge position.. I asked to speak to mgr..he said he was manager..
When he finally came to me..we didn't have an issue..it was all accessability related..
Not happy, will probably avoid location.
Going forward plz educate this man so other seniors dont deal with sub standard under OADA he is negligent.

Amazing staff and amazing service.Here are almost every day and staff have been sober, respectful stories, the most kindliest store i've ever been to. always stalked up nicely aswell. They have this nice good promotion, going on.First scratch tickets, and you can win a prize, which I think is so cool.I just want a keychain for 5 cant's!
This location is the best by far. The staff are amazing especially Alicia. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not only with me but with others as I am in there. Her customer service is beyond my expectations. Shes been my budtender for years now. Couldn't ask for better ❤️
I am a regular and have seen this staff deal with a lot of verbal abuse from entitled customers who don't agree with company policies / the literal law around cannabis sales. All staff treat everyone with kindness and respect until they are approached with disrespect. Trina is our usual budtender and always has great recommendations. She's a no-nonsense type of person, which I appreciate and she is more than knowledgeable on what she's selling. Thanks again Trina!!!
This place is one of the better canna cabana's Ive been too. The staff is engaged and pretty knowledgeable for the most part... I had an issue wirh my elite membership not coming up with my phone number so I had to buy the products from my phone whike in the store at other locations while the guy at this location figured out the problem and fixed it for me. This store also has a better display of all the bongs and rigs you can buy....I didn't get a overwhelming feeling of being rushed out which is quite common with dispensaries.
