BOOO teach the new employees better customer service skills bro and dont put the racial profiling agenda onto the new employees of the "were all out of stock, i cant help you," attitude going as far to trying to make their coworker not serve a paying customer, just for another employee to happily help (good on them) very disappointing to see that were met with feelings of being looked at as a thief than a customer especially since being almost a regular here. I will take my buisness elsewhere since clearly the unwelcome brushing off from these certain employees are becoming more aggressive.
So i came in on New Years eve with family members to get some pens and thc drinks. Staff was acting totally weird and making me feel uncomfortable like I was gonna steal or something. Firstly if I was to steal, there's not a single thing your little middle eastern workers could do to stop me..even if they tried they wouldn't have a fair chance in doing so. I have stopped in at least 6 times in December for products at The Joint locations around the city and never had been made out to feel like that at the locations I've visited. Also all the shatter cartridges are behind the workers and not in the front glass vestibule like every other store which makes it harder to see which flavors are which. The sales team also had no knowledge on prices of products or even what to suggest when I asked like it was their first day on the job. This was by far the worst experience ive had at a joint cannabis shop and going forward i will not return to this location ever again. I actually just ordered products online from a competitor to avoid having to deal with this kind of situation and judgement from inexperienced and mediocre workers again.
This store isn't just great because of the pot! 🤣 the people that work there make the store! I'm always greeted right away and with a smile! They know me and I appreciate that as a returning customer!
