Hard to find positives in my experiences here, selection is limited and stock is old and stale. Prices are not competitive when compared to other stores with fresh products and better selection. The staff have been generally unremarkable but at least they are nice. Not much in the way of product knowledge and dismissive of concerns but not rude at least.

I stop in here from time to time since it's close to me, and while the store itself is convenient, I've noticed the atmosphere feels a little more transactional than welcoming. It often comes across like I'm dealing with a government office rather than a budtender. The focus seems to be on checking ID and completing the sale, but there isn't much warmth or product enthusiasm from the staff. As a customer, that can make the experience feel a bit flat. I usually just grab what I came for and leave, whereas at other shops I've had staff chat with me, recommend products, and make me feel more engaged. That kind of interaction not only makes me enjoy the visit more but also often leads me to spend more. If there's one suggestion I'd share at this stage of your business, it would be to look at ways to encourage staff to connect more with customers — whether that's through product knowledge, recommendations, or just creating a friendlier vibe. A little more energy and passion in the service can go a long way toward building loyalty and repeat visits.
