Drew was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products I asked about and was able to help me get lots of bang for my buck! Love their selection as well, very diverse. It's easily a go to place.

I can't say enough good things about Drew and Cian. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for—and even things I didn't know I needed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to genuinely help made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable.

Overall, this is a good dispensary with competitive pricing and a solid selection of products. I've generally had positive experiences here, which is why I'm leaving a strong rating.
That said, my main concern is the level of sales pressure. When the store first opened, the staff were more relaxed — they would greet customers, ask if assistance was needed, and respectfully give space if you declined. Recently, I've noticed a shift toward a much more persistent approach.
It can be difficult to browse comfortably without being interrupted multiple times. If I'm shopping with a friend, we're often interrupted while discussing what we'd like to purchase. When shopping alone, I typically have to decline assistance several times before being left to browse. It sometimes feels as though staff may be incentivized to upsell, which affects the overall experience.
Additionally, on occasions when I've asked for specific guidance, I've been assisted by staff who did not seem well-informed about the products and offered suggestions that did not align with what I was looking for. In contrast, some of the original team members continue to provide knowledgeable, low-pressure, and helpful service.
The dispensary itself is great — I simply hope management considers encouraging a more relaxed, customer-led approach to service. Many customers appreciate being available for help without feeling pressured.
