Usually my service is good but for some reason today the system was down which is a normal and totally understandable situation but the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I kept trying to call back , I kept getting hanged up on ! This type of behaviour should not be tolerated what so ever , the employees should have customer service and be respectful with clients this experience was horrible! If I got hanged up on 3x I can imagine the other people ! If that's how employees respond to stressful situations then they should not work there !!! And I still haven't received my order 😡 never again will I shop here
