Deal are good, but y'all need to work on your customer services skills though, I'd almost pay the extra few bucks for a nicer interaction.
And stop selling Boutiq vapes!! They're always garbage and stop working after a day.
You call this number attached to Google and you get a girl that answers the phone "hello" with no introduction. When confirming if we reached the right place because we were thrown off by the lack of professionalism the girl told us we reached the head off not the Peterborough store and demanding to know why we wanted to talk to the store and instead of transferring or giving us the correct number said someone will phone us back from the store …….. Still waiting
Best place to get cheap bud in PTBO. Very friendly staff and good selection with daily deals. I don't know what these ppl leaving 1 star expect? There's no red carpet or back massages but it's just a pot shop.
Terrible store, avoid unless you want to be yelled at by an old lady for simply opening the door. They have a dumb tiny hand written sign asking you to buzz in on the side of the door where the handle is not. But the door is so obviously open that it makes buzzing unnecessary and it's not my fault your door is broken and it's been like that for months!! The best cannabis stores are the ones that don't yell at the customers, best to avoid this one store entirely! Shame I've spent thousands of dollars at your store but I'll literally just go to the next plaza over, cannabis stores are a dime a dozen and you won't be missed when you inevitably fail.
The deals are alright, however the information on their website is wrong. It says to order before 7:00pm to have same day delivery. I ordered just after 6pm. 4 hours later (and 20 minutes until they close) I called twice to get an update. The website and my order said out for delivery, from 7pm until present.
Apparently the cut off is actually 6pm & the first round for next day doesn't even get sent out the next day until 1pm. When I'm not sure I'll be home for the delivery, hence ordering same day evening delivery. They already have my money so can't go elsewhere, there was no communication, and their website is completely inaccurate.
