Exceptional service. First visit to Kushys & I was genuinely impressed. Knowledgeable, patient staff who truly listen, even when you're not explaining yourself clearly. Fully stocked store, calm welcoming vibe, and the support dog was the perfect touch. Store will refuse to exchange broken / faulty products they sell you and will instruct you to contact the companies directly. While this can be understood in some circumstances, as a blanket policy, it is incredibly anti-consumer. I was refused an exchange on a faulty barely used vape, and now have to endure what will likely be a series of painful emails with a company that will take weeks to rectify the issue. Will not be going again.
