DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Terrible staff. Sold me the wrong product then wouldn't return it all in store. Then they try to say it's my fault this guy sold me the wrong thing. To make it even worse I'm a long time and frequent customer, I'm actually shocked they just pulled that on me. Literally full of scammers
I had hoped for more help but they did what they could regarding my faulty cartridge and battery, especially after coming every moment I can. It's alright service
Came in today and loved the new renovations they did in here! Staff were super professional and knowledgeable. Loved how they carried a bunch of 1spliff my fav brand! Was super cool 1spliff was even at the store!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They do not honour or value their customers. I got a THC liquid diamond NSFW cartridge from them and it did not work from the start. I got back to them within 48 hrs and they said no exchange/ no refund and could not offer any other help. They told me to contact the seller directly as they have changed their rules regarding refunds. So please buy from this shop at your discretion as I believe they sell bad products on purpose as my container seemed to be tampered with when I purchased it. Worst experience from a cannabis store in London by far.
