The Original farm Langford has always had super welcoming staff. They're also very knowledgeable.
The store is absolutely massive probably bigger than it needs to be... The selection is extensive The video menus are very helpful. Staff is knowledgeable ask them things if one doesn't know the answer to the other will. Prices are government prices read carefully before you purchase.
Wonderful service, everyone working here is very kind and friendly, some of the best service ive ever had in Langford! Will be a returning customer! 😁💖
I am honestly super disappointed in a mistake that should have been made right! Especially being as I shop there constantly and they know me very well! I purchased a handheld dry herb vape for my husband....due to some major health concerns this is his only way of smoking now....when I bought it the newest budtender handed it to me and said "30 days to exchange or refund on that one" get home he trys it and nothing is coming out of the mouthpiece and just shuts off after you've put the flower in! I just purchased it 5 days ago now had the receipt box tools ect....go in yesterday to return....nope sorry cant be used if your returning....UHM what?! NOW I understand if I was TOLD that at time of purchase but I was NOT! They also promised a manager to call back and nothing....! Still waiting for a call...super unprofessional and the consumer pays the price of uneducated budtenders! Will NEVER go back!
Had an absolutely amazing experience with ordering online for the first time. I had a great delivery from a very kind human being named Spencer who navigated my somewhat odd old building and with kindness and grace No phone call needed as per other delivery drivers I live in the 1970s building I also was able to talk to Allison on the phone who was looking over the shop and had an amazing conversation with her extremely professional and amazing human beings. I would not go anywhere else for my cannabis. I've worked in the industry for many years and understand the ins and outs and the honesty and integrity is Incomparable to anything else on the island :)
