The woman working at the kelowna location is not only rude but unprofessional with zero manners for customers. Getting your ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE items from her is like being interrogated and truthfully never had such an unpleasant experience in a dispensary. Eta: Tried curbside pickup and waited an exceptionally long time before entering the store to be met with that was probably the most disappointing part.
