Apparently if you have children waiting in the car, with their father, you're unable to buy cannabis if they are under the age of 13. I accepted this and left and came back another day. I asked the next day what was that about and was hit with a BOAT LOAD of attitude. I asked if it was a one plant policy and was told it's the "law" which it isn't. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and will NOT be returning. Cut the attitude girly, learn some respect and how to talk to customers. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
5 Stars all the way! Great service, very friendly staff and always willing to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend this place 👌
Ginelle is phenomenal! She knows about all the products and her knowledgable, friendly service is appreciated!
I only buy cannabis products every few months but every time I have gone here the owner/manager has been there and we usually have a great chat and she always has recommendations (I was just in this week - you were busy but you were able to determine what I wanted even if I had vague descriptions and wasn't clear - will write the product names down next time) and if you know what you want, she will either find something in stock or help you find out when/how to get it.
This is my favourite dispensary in town due to the selection but the fact that things are neatly and cleanly presented and the staff are always professional but also have a sense of humour.
Glad we have this place even if the parking in that plaza is terrible at times (nothing OnePlant can address) - it's worth it for the experience and customer service you will get.
Alyssa is so awesome. Very knowledgeable and kind, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She has helped me out many times not only great service but seems like a hella cool person!
My second visit was with Ginelle and such a sweet and knowledgeable person, I had a wonderful interaction and highly recommend this store. Thank you so much. Again today, thanks Ginelle, you are amazing 😊😊
