Visited on July 16 at around 9:50 PM. This was by far the worst customer service I've received at any Value Buds location. The male cashier was rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was a burden. He rushed me through checkout while chatting instead of paying attention. After I paid, he didn't even bother to say "thank you." When I pointed out that one of my items hadn't been scanned, his response was simply, "too late." No apology, no attempt to help, and absolutely no professionalism. If this is the standard of customer service at this store, it's unacceptable. Management should seriously review how this employee treats customers.
Gave two stars instead of one, because I have had good experiences here. The young dude working seemed irritated that I walked in, despite my friendly greeting. Asked if there were any specials/deals, he said "nope". I also asked if they had a sativa that wasn't too potent, he also replied with "nope". Bad attitude in general. Pretty disappointing when you choose to spend your money somewhere and get treated like an inconvenience. Ended up buying some purple churro, which I was happy enough with. That said, worst experience buying cannabis to date. And you have to take into account that I was buying cannabis long before it was legal. 0/5 for the wanna be gangster that didn't seem to have the time of day to deal with customers.

The guy that works at the front counter thinks he's the coolest guy in the world. Not only is he unprofessional but he's also rude and has a chip on his shoulder. Definitely would skip and go to the next location or store overall.
Asian guy was rude and not helpful at all. Used to come here a lot but never again.
Products are decent, but maybe they should train staff to not roll their eyes and sigh at you when you politely ask for a bag and receipt...
