I came to this store at 1800hrs on April 4th, 2026. I apologize, I cannot for the life of me remember the girl's name who helped me get what I was looking for. She was excellent! Super knowledgeable and friendly! Please check the shift schedule and ensure she gets the personal recognition she deserves. I always have such a fun time visiting this store when we're in Edmonton for a getaway or an event. People take for granted how awesome Canada is. A cannabis store right by a huge arena! Things even got better when I opened my AIO El Guapo by Nugz and saw it came with a cool lanyard! How cool is that??! Looking forward to seeing ya'll soon!
This plantlife needs change of staff. Either she has attitude problems or she was high. Went to get edibles. Asked her to for a brand, she was like what is that ohhh that we dont have. I was like ok. I asked her for spinach sour pack of one, she took out pack of five. I said no pack of one only. She got hyper, I was giving you this cuz we dont have this in pack of one. You can get this. I said I dont want CBG. She got more hyper. I said its ok calm down, we can look for other options. Its ok relax. Then she calmed down a little. The other guy came out as he was leaving I guess, she literally changed her face for that while. Very bad energy, very bad attitude. Would never go. Wanted to curse her at a point for ruining my day with this bad energy.
Cassie was so great, her recommendations were fantastic! She took the time to answer all of my questions, and her energy was so friendly and positive the whole time! I'd definitely come back based off the service alone!
