I went in there a risk newb. Haven't smoked in a long time. I'm really appreciated the help of the sales associate ,Andrew. I thought I had done some research before I went into the store, but he was much more knowledgable than anything. I had read online and help me find the product that was best suited for me.
extremely rude lady working there. around noon on June 18. Demanding ID and I had bags in my hand, I told her one second and she said "leave the store". This is unacceptable behaviour. I called the store to ask for her name so I could let her manager know but she kept hanging up. Clearly she knows she is on the last string for poor poor customer service. She should be fired
It's always a pleasure visiting Value Buds Garneau. Autumn's customer service is fantastic. She's extremely knowledgeable about products and always helps me find the best fit!
Older guy with grey hair has quite the attitude. First and last time going to this location. Back to Value buds off Whyte. Sad that reviews were correct about this location. Do better V Buds
Whoever the old head white guy is, needs to find a job he enjoys because he's CLEARLY miserable there or maybe he's just a miserable person. There's so many reviews about him yet seems like management is doing nothing. If he is management, then I hope his staff can escape. Value Buds near MacEwan has 100000x friendlier staff. You'd all have a better experience there. Thank ya!
