Brought my wiener dog, Karma, along for the visit and she has declared this shop officially wiener-approved. Huge shoutout to Jack Daniel for always being so welcoming and knowledgeable! Great products, great atmosphere, and great people. Five stars from both me and the wiener!
Went in on June 7th, Sunday about 9pm. Waited for someone to come to the door. We by accidentally went the wrong way in, and was literally YELLED at by a short male employee wearing a hat. We were so disgusted by his behaviour as an EMPLOYEE, we turned around and left. It is really too bad that he felt like yelling was an option to a customer, when he could have respectfully told us where to go. We do love this store and have been treated with respect multiple times by a female employee but unfortunately this was A LOT!! We will be back, but will be walking out the door yet again if he is working. Management, if you happen to see this, please have a word with him about his behaviour, it was truly disgusting and disappointing.
