Usually the employees are great but last evening on June 3, 2026 I encountered the rudest female employee. She was so bothered to do her job and answer questions. I'm so sorry inconvenienced her at her place of employment by being a paying customer. Do better. There was no other customer in the store and no reason for her attitude.
I visited this location today and was immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of raw sewage upon walking through the door. The front door was propped open in an apparent attempt to air the place out — yet the store was still open and serving customers.
I spoke with staff on site, who could not explain why the store hadn't been closed. I left genuinely concerned about my own health, as raw sewage exposure releases harmful gases that are a real safety risk to anyone nearby — customers and employees alike.
I am considering contacting the local health authority and filing a complaint with the Ministry of Labour regarding the conditions employees were working in.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone until this matter is properly addressed and the public is given some transparency about what happened and why normal operations continued.
Normally I wouldn't leave a review, but I feel the need to leave one as I sit outside the store 10 minutes before closing and it's closed early, the doors are locked (says right on them the time they close and online.
If you do go here and they are open, their selection is atrocious for vape cartridges, and the staff (with one gentleman being the exception) are always miserable...
There are many other stores in Burlington you would be better of going to instead.
Super disappointed as the price match guarantee was a big advantage.
Roll into this shop and say High to Travis. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right.
