I can't say enough great things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and focused on making sure I had the best possible experience.
What really stood out was their incredible knowledge of cannabis products. The staff took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with confidence and professionalism, and provided thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. Their expertise made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Customer service is clearly a top priority here. Everyone was attentive, patient, and dedicated to ensuring I left completely satisfied. It's rare to find a business that combines such a high level of professionalism with such a warm and personable approach.

Employee working this evening was extremely rude towards me as soon as I walked in because I didn't have ID on me. I have a photo of it on my phone which has been fine when I'm getting pulled over but apparently not to enter and ask a QUESTION, which is ALL I went in there for. DO BETTER. I get why the ID is asked for, I'm not stupid, but I wasn't purchasing anything I just had a question to ask and then my husband was going to go later and make a purchase… I guess we'll take our business elsewhere. We're fairly new to Brantford and so far and I thought going to a highly rated dispensary for the first time in this town would be a little different.
I go to the casino and don't get ID, but to ask a question apparently you need one?
Ps. I have tattoos all over me … I'm mid 30s, and I look it…. So don't try to be smart. She was nasty towards a customer, which is what my concern is about.
I'm beyond annoyed, what ever happened to customer service ? SHAME ON YOU LADY.
