Very amazing customer service by scott at this location, he helped me a couple times and every time I've been very satisfied with product he suggested
Zach, the store manager, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Even during a busy day, he takes the time to personally connect with customers like my fiancee and me.
During one of my visits, he was busy working on inventory orders when a coworker needed assistance. Without hesitation, he stepped away, helped resolve the situation, and then immediately returned to his work. To me, that is exactly what a great store manager should do—support the team while balancing their own responsibilities.

I've been a regular customer at this location for about four years, including before he became manager. There used to be some issues that clearly required stronger leadership and staff training, but the improvement since then has been incredible. His positive influence can be seen throughout the entire team.

go to canna!!! always have so many options and the kindest people! my favs Ray and Marlo, they are so fun to talk too and dont make the store feel scary like it does at most other stores in airdrie. always says hi with a big smile and has always given me the best reccs! 10/10 love seeing them every week
I went in planning to buy some shatter along with a few other items. When I got to the counter, the employee told me the shatter I had chosen was only available to certain members. Because of that, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything and went to another dispensary in Airdrie where I was able to buy the exact same product without any restrictions.
Their prices might be a bit lower, but the selection doesn't come close to what other shops offer. I'm happy to pay a couple of dollars more if it means having a wider range of options and being able to choose freely without parts of the inventory set aside for specific customers.
