New Staff change is frustrating, never been told ur outta stock so often since you've opened. And respect ur Tuesday order day. aka not my buying day. I shop on your website before I go in. My adhd can't handle your menu boards. Amid discounted customer slowly fading. Thank you
I left feeling judged. This experience left me very upset. I liked the person who was working that day, despite their ill demeanour toward me. I'm not sure why they would speak so rudely to any customer, or to me specifically. It was not the first time. But It will now be last. I will not go back. It was that bad.
Despite the other reviews on this place, I had a wonderful experience. I didn't get the name of the gal behind the counter, but she was very sweet both times we went in. Being from Michigan, I can be a bit particular about the taste and high— we basically treat it like wine, haha. We got some great recs and they were delicious, a great high, and not too pricey either. I will be stopping in again
Budrista name Zane was super knowledgeable on the products sold and was super chill and friendly. For sure 5 star service.

The store offers a huge selection of popular products at the lowest prices. But my issue is with the main worker there, Tyler. He is very difficult. His customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. He always comes off inconvenienced. Others I know say they same story about him as well.
I've also had negative experiences with the girl, Sarah. She was complaining that she had to go get concentrates because they were hard to find. I suggested maybe a restock. Turned so rude on a dime. She stomped into the back room to get my stuff, slammed the door. Came back, slammed my stuff on the counter and just looked at me. I had to go through it all to make sure it was right. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AT THIS STORE.
